Item Description
First off, please understand that the NEW Sub-Zero models, $12,000 to $13,500, have all kinds of stupid stuff on them now, like WiFi and "Smart Cooling".  They should not have done this but they did. The rule should be, the simpler the better when it comes to refrigeration. They also have to use a less tested Freon gas now, so they no longer use the timeless R134a Freon which has been proven to be reliable for decades. That is because of govt regulations. So in our opinion the 600 series models were the last of the quality SZ units which is a much more simple design and no unneccessary bells & whistles to break like the new models have.
 
This is a hard to find refurbished 48" Sub-Zero 695 stainless steel built-in unit with ice/water in the door. Exterior doors have new stainless steel skins and are perfect with no flaws. Overall, the unit appears in excellent condition, but not 100% perfect.  We would rate it at a 9.5 out of a 10.  Interior has no defective parts or missing pieces that we could see, but a few of the clear bins might have some light scuffs. Factory manuals are not included, but you can download them off the internet. Unit only comes as shown in the below photos; what you see is what you will receive. Unit has been completely tested and operates per Sub-Zero factory specs. About 15 photos are shown. 6 months parts exchange warranty is included (labor cost excluded). Note that we are the only refurbisher who replaces the unit's fresh food evaporator as part of our renewal process. This replacement must be done or you will be paying about $3,000 for the work if you buy a unit without a new evaporator. All our items are professional packaged by us and wood crated ($99 charge) for safe and damage free shipping.

Most new items will have factory warranty. We offer a 14 day return policy with terms as listed under our FAQ page. Our freight carriers are only required to drop the freight as curbside or driveway drop delivery. No inside delivery into any stucture, installation, or haul away of old units is available. Buyer agrees to accept shipment of item purchased.  Buyer agrees not to refuse the shipments and agrees to pay all shipping costs involved in shipping the item to the buyer and return shipping cost back to our warehouse if shipment is refused. Returns incur a 15% restocking convenience fee on any returns regardless of the reason or on an item which has been previously paid for and/or scheduled with a ship date, whether it has shipped or not. All shipping dates are only estimates as stated on the invoice and these dates may vary depending on processing of your order and the trucking companies schedules. We only accept returns within 14 days of delivery and we will not accept returns that have been damaged in any way or previously installed. Any returned item must be returned & secured in the original crate/packaging. Buyer must fully and completely inspect the merchandise prior to signing carrier's acceptance form.  Buyer is responsible to file any shipping claims with the carrier and understands that ship dates are only approximate estimates. Cargo insurance is added to some shipments depending on the item which includes a $500 deductable pay by the buyer in the event of any loss.
